Building Through Worship and Music

A variety of worship styles are offered at Spring Garden. In December our special worship services include Wednesday Evening Advent Services, the Children's Christmas Program and our Annual Choir Concert. A Christmas Eve Story Service in the afternoon and a Candlelight Service later in the evening.

Our Music Ministry includes the Senior Choir, Junior Choir, Cherub Choir, frequent solos, small groups, instrumental and folk music at worship and weekly Sunday School Music.

Building Through Ministry Groups

WELCA, our Women's Group, is better known to us as The Willing Workers. The group has regular meetings on the second Thursday of the month. They also offer Bible Studies and Sewing and Quilting Circles. Our Willing Workers serve at our annual Mid-Summer Celebration in June and many events other throughout the year.

Our Lutheran Youth Organization (LYO) is a very active group of young people. Not only do they have monthly gatherings but they also sponsor a Coffee House, Spaghetti Suppers, and the Easter Breakfast. They organize and present a special worship service that is enjoyed by everyone. From special events, summer activities to Bible camping at Good Earth Village, our LYO is a busy and creative group.
